A Private Letting Agent for Private Landlords in Nottingham
Lets2Let is operated by a Private Letting Agent who is a Private Landlord with over 7 years letting experience across a wide range of tenants. I am a member of the National Landlords Association and an Accredited Landlord by EMLAS for our own properties.
As a Private Letting Agent I have third party and professional indemnity insurance to protect ourselves and the Landlords whose properties I manage - which are managed with the commitment and emphasis as if they were our own properties.
I am a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years in industry managing many medium sized factories - well used to organising and sorting all kinds of people and operational issues. I now utilise 2 to 3 days per week to manage properties under the name of Lets2Let which contributes towards our income from other businesses my wife and I operate (property development, holiday lets and holiday accommodation websites). Apart from qualifying as an Accredited Landlord in 2009 I regularly attend meetings for Landlords arranged by the NLA, EMLAS and the local council to keep abreast of issues relating to renting properties in and around Nottingham. I also have recently been certified as a Supporter of the Unipol DASH Code for shared student housing.
Lets2Let now manages nearly 30 properties around Nottingham of ours and other Landlords - who either cannot manage (due to location) or simply do not want to manage their properties. I can offer a lot of experience in tenancy and property management - and I am always looking for more properties to manage to satisfy a growing demand from tenants looking for homes.
